Jazz Goes Mod is one of my favorite British jazz series. Produced by Rhythm & Blues Records in the U.K., there are more than 12 installments of the double-CD sets covering 1957 through 1967. Now, fresh from London last week is the latest—Jazz Goes Mod: Soho Scene ‘68. Like the others, this one is impossibly hip.
