Well, numero uno, Charles Aznavour is/was mistaken. Nothing sad, from what I saw here, about "Venise". Numero duo, Herb Geller... a virtuoso, a past master, a true "artiste". His 920 Special here is, what else, special. The rest of the concert is not too shabby either. Considering that HG was 81 at the time, he deserves a standing ovation.
That´s a great weekend post full of interesting topics.
I just saw the Herb Geller - Roberto Magris video. Highly recommended!
And I´m really looking forward to see “The Good Mothers”. Never heard of that miniseries. Sometimes I feel a little bit lost in the global media jungle. Hulu isn´t available here in Germany but I found out that the series is streaming here on Disney+.
Question regarding the Christmas season in NYC. Many years ago, the tuba master Harvey Phillips held an annual Tuba concert in Rockefeller Center. It was always fun to hear the tubas and see them walking the streets before and after the concert. Does this still happen? Asking for.a friend longing for the good old days. Thanks!
Another great Herb Geller experience. Thank you kind sir.

Wow this will keep me going through the Canadian winter
